Tejas Lakhani, a learning facilitator in Australia is also a “Happiness Coach” and has founded his social happiness coaching enterprise called “Culture of Happiness”.

He identifies himself as a “human being of the world” literally, having been born and raised in Kenya, matured in India and now seasoning in Australia.

Tejas has over 10 years of experience in the learning and development spectrum having worked across various geographies and specializes in creating memorable learning experiences through story telling and media.

He has launched and led various projects around the innovation and upgrade of learning systems

His passion is to advocate the importance of a growth mindset and adopting a positive attitude.

Hello everyone, I’m Shuvam, a panelist at today’s discussion. I’m honoured to be a part of the Youth Gender Dialogue and I look forward to interacting with all of you! I read for a double degree in Computing & Data Analytics and Wealth Management at the University of Hong Kong. I’ve been involved with the gender equality movement since I was introduced to HeForShe at school in Bangalore. I’m glad to have carried this forward into university and I pray that I am always conscious of the biases that exist in this space regardless of what I do in the future!
